CURRENT ROSTER
The mission of the Southside Fury 16U team is to challenge team members to be good leaders both on and off of the softball field. First, we ensure that they are maintaining their grades in the classroom so that they can pursue playing at the college level if the opportunity presents itself. Second, we teach them the proper fundamentals of the game of softball to prepare them for school ball tryouts and competition as well as travel ball competition. Finally, we instill mental toughness in each team member by communicating core values to them, stressing the importance of working together with others, and teaching them respect for the game, coaches, umpires, and their teammates.
